Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Be The 20 (“Be The 20,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit www.bethe20.com or contact us through it. We keep one privacy policy for everyone who uses this site, and we honor the rights that the law gives you wherever you live.
Who Is Responsible for Your Information
Be The 20 is a brand of HOF, Inc. HOF, Inc. is the party responsible for personal information collected through this website. For any privacy question or request, use the request forms in our Privacy Center, or email us.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you complete a form on this site, a contact request, a privacy request, an unsubscribe, or a DMCA notice, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, and the contents of your message. You decide what to send us; please do not include confidential client information in an initial inquiry.
Forms on this site are sent to us through our own form service and are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that screens out automated spam.
Our courses are free. When you start a course, a short sign-in form asks for your name and email address; we record them with the course and lesson you started, so we know who is taking our courses. There are no passwords or accounts. Your browser keeps a small record (in its local storage, or a cookie if local storage is not available) so that you stay signed in; clearing your browser’s site data signs you out.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site’s servers and cookies may automatically record limited technical information when you visit, for example your IP address, browser type, device and operating system, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This information helps us keep the site secure, diagnose problems, and understand how the site is used. On this site that means Cloudflare, which hosts this site and protects it from attacks and spam, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without using cookies. This site does not use Google Analytics. Our Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies we use and how you can control them.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above to:
- respond to your inquiries and process the requests you submit;
- give you access to our free courses and record which courses you have started;
- provide, maintain, secure, and improve this website;
- send you communications you have asked to receive, and let you unsubscribe at any time;
- comply with our legal and regulatory obligations; and
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims where necessary.
We do not use the information you submit through this site to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only in these limited circumstances: to trusted service providers who host, maintain, or support this website and our communications (such as Cloudflare and our own email and form services), under obligations of confidentiality and only as needed to perform their services; when required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request; and to protect the rights, property, or safety of HOF, Inc., our clients, or others. If HOF, Inc. is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy in a portable form, to opt out of marketing, to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Residents of jurisdictions such as the European Union, the United Kingdom, California and other U.S. states, Canada, Brazil, and elsewhere are afforded these rights under their applicable laws, and we extend the same core controls to everyone.
To exercise any of these rights, use the forms in our Privacy Center or email us. We will verify your request, respond within the time your law requires, and will not charge you for a first reasonable request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to respond to and document your requests, and to meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information collected through this site. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, however, so please do not send confidential or time-sensitive client information through this site’s forms or by email.
Text Messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from Be The 20, we send messages about your inquiry, your appointments and the services you asked about. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and our text-message service provider, is permitted. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Facebook Messenger and Instagram Messages
When you message a Be The 20 Facebook Page or Instagram account, Meta passes the conversation to our business inbox through our app, JB Chat Inbox. We receive your public name and profile picture, the ID Meta assigns to your conversation with that Page, and the messages and attachments you send. We use them only to reply to you and to keep a record of our conversation with you, the same way we keep a record of email. We do not use them for advertising and we do not sell them.
Deleting your data. To have your messages and related information deleted, email us with the subject “Delete my data” (see Contact Us below) or send the words “Delete my data” in the same Messenger or Instagram conversation. We delete them within 30 days and confirm through the same channel. You can also remove our app’s access in Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations.
Children’s Privacy
This website is intended for adults and for business audiences. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
International Visitors
Be The 20 and this website operate in the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, understand that your information may be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your location. Where the law requires, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be reflected here. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
